Can't force people to subscirbe to your channel man, people will sub if they want to sub. Just keep pumping out content you enjoy making that people would be interested in and the subs will come. The first 1K is the hardest to achieve from my understanding.

Just remember that as you start your content creation journey, your first many videos are going to be bad. Don't worry about it and just focus on tweaking things and getting better with editing and creation.
