Baked Pork Cheeseburgers 14 ounces ground pork 2 ounces parsley 1 large and 1 small onion 1 pickle 1 small tomato 5-1/2 ounces cheese 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 4 hamburger rolls 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper Chop the large onion and the parsley and combine with ground pork, season with salt and pepper and mix again. Form into round patties and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. About 20 minutes from the start of baking, turn over each patty and cover with a cheese slice. Then continue baking until patties are done and cheese is melted. Split and toast the rolls. Slice the pickle, tomato and remaining onion into rounds. Coat the bottom half of each roll with mayonnaise. Top with a cheese slice, then a hamburger patty melted cheese side up, onion, tomato, pickle, another cheese slice and finally the top of roll.
